1. Product Description
HWID Core is a digital software license platform. All purchases are personal, non-transferable software licenses delivered electronically.
2. License Restrictions
Each license is issued to a single user. Sharing, selling, or reproducing a license is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
3. Refund & Chargeback Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because our products are digital software licenses delivered electronically, no refunds or exchanges are provided once the license key has been issued to your account. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital good that is exempt from statutory right-of-withdrawal / cooling-off periods under applicable consumer-protection law. Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) after a license has been delivered constitutes fraud, will result in permanent account termination, and may be reported to the relevant payment processor and authorities.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. HWID Core is not liable for incompatibilities arising from third-party software updates, operating-system changes, or hardware differences.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details. HWID Core is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Turkey.
